Professional Development

Emerson Public Schools offers a variety of professional development experiences to support the ongoing learning and growth of our staff.   Research shows that the most effective professional development involves the sustained study of a limited set of practices over multiple years.  We support our teachers in becoming leaders and developing local professional development experiences for themselves and their colleagues whenever possible.
